Rebirthing Breathwork is merging the inhale with the exhale in a gentle, relaxed rhythm, done intuitively to release trauma and emotional patterns and open deeper states of relaxation. This training teaches you to hold that space safely for others, one on one and in groups.
The Program
Three Levels, One Path to Certification
Conscious Connected Breathwork & Rebirthing Breathwork Training runs across three levels. Level 1 has no prerequisites and is the place every practitioner starts.
Graduates become a Rebirthing Breathwork Practitioner, endorsed by Breathwork Australia & Summer Healing Private Education Society, qualified to facilitate one on one and group sessions.

Our Upcoming Online Rebirthing Training
Level 1 of the training is now offered live online as well as face to face at the Brunswick studio, so distance is no longer a reason to wait. You get the same 50 hour foundation, the same guidance from Aimee, and the same path toward certification, wherever you are.
